Here are answers to the most common questions about the server and store.

Items are delivered automatically to your Minecraft account within a few minutes after payment is confirmed. Make sure you entered your exact Minecraft username at checkout (case-sensitive). If you do not receive your item within 30 minutes, contact us on Discord.
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and MercadoPago (card or Pix). Available payment methods may vary by region. All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners.
Open Minecraft Java Edition 1.21+, go to Multiplayer → Add Server, and enter one of these addresses:

All purchases are cosmetic items. Under the Mojang EULA, cosmetic items are generally non-refundable once delivered. If your item was not delivered due to a technical issue, we will reissue it. Please read our full Refund Policy and contact us on Discord if you believe your case qualifies.
The NexusPrism resource pack provides custom 3D models and textures for in-game items such as machines, tools, cosmetic skins, and HUD elements. It is required to see cosmetic items correctly. You can download it from the Download page or it will be offered automatically when you connect.
VIP and VIP+ are purely cosmetic ranks. They grant a colored chat prefix/suffix and quality-of-life perks (e.g., extra /home slots, /fly in safe zones). No gameplay advantage whatsoever. Beyond cosmetics, your purchase directly funds server hosting and NexusPrism plugin development.
You can still browse and purchase from the store while the server is offline. Item delivery will be queued and processed as soon as the server comes back online. For maintenance updates, check our Discord.
Fill out our Staff Application form on the website. Applications are reviewed periodically — you must have been active on the server for at least 2 weeks before applying.
